Marburg Pacing Association members are invited to attend the MPA AGM on Sunday October 12 at 12noon at the Marburg Showgrounds under the awning of the Cadlllac Cafe with a BBQ following after the meeting.
The association is going great guns with the present leadership of President Russell Lehmann and we are hoping new members will join some of the older present committee for the 2008 / 2009 management committee to bring new ideas into the volunteer harness racing association.
Marburg committee nominations forms are available at the Sunday morning trials office or by calling Russell Lehmann 0409 269 659 or Cliff King 0400 842 108 during this week, to be filled out and accepted by the MPA committee.
Russell has indicated to the members he is wanting a full roll-up of members to discuss management committee positions and the future projects of the association, with a view to organising more volunteer workers to help out on a Sunday morning.
