This week saw the departure of two key players from the QHRB staff, ANDREW WHITEHEAD (Handicapper) and ROD BROUGH (Registrar).The ex-Victorian duo had racked up 10 years service apiece.Both gentlemen will be fondly remembered by the rank and file,for their willingness to listen,and first rate customer service skills in what are very much "front counter" jobs which carry no margin for error.Thanks guys.
